BSA203 Planning Table

Evaluation sub-committee   Stage 1: Planning grid. (made with reference to p.12 of the handout booklet) Aims Why are we doing the project? Objectives What specific things do we want to achieve? Measures of success How will we identify success? ·          A chance to showcase student work. ·          A chance to gain experience in organising an event. ·          A chance to get the community involved with SIT Arts. ·          A chance to get to network and get some industry involvement for ourselves. ·          We want to have attendance numbers that are equal or greater than last year. ·          We would like to get attendance from a diverse group of people (rather than it being only students, some tutors, and the judges.) ·          We want entrants to feel like they have had a chance to partake in something that could potentaily get them known to industry proffesionals. ·
